The Brief

Create a disruptively different and immersive four-week internal employee event that connects, re-energises and engages them with Bupa’s 3x6 Elephant strategy. 

The strategy had 6 pillars; Customer, Transformation, Agile Culture, Growth, Sustainability and Data, underpinned by 3 core values Brave, Caring and Responsible. The campaign needed to be accessible to both office and frontline workers.

The Outcome

A safari-themed event called ‘Make the Elephant Run’ aligned to Bupa’s strategy mascot, the elephant, and the focus on building momentum to achieve their strategy goals.

We built an immersive virtual 3D platform accessible on desktop and mobile as the hub for the virtual event. We also planned and executed a phased strategy campaign from teaser to launch to ongoing comms beyond the 4-week event. 

The hybrid event and supporting campaign also included; gamification, an interactive PDF toolkit, an AR app, posters, office branding and activations, digital banners, billboards, newsletters, desktop and Teams backgrounds, videos, gifs, design templates, powerpoint templates, a strategy onepager, custom icons and assets for their internal comms platform Workvivo.
