The Brief
Tasked to design a social media campaign for NHS Northamptonshire’s LinkedIn account, ‘Best of Both Worlds’.
The aim was to raise the profile of their four healthcare organisations, and sell Northamptonshire to attract healthcare professionals to join in
the new year.
The Outcome
A 20-post LinkedIn campaign, with a specific logomark and a modular composition that flexed seamlessly across all four healthcare organisations and location-led messaging - keeping people at the heart. I also wrote copy, ensuring strategy and visuals landed as one coherent story.
Each post paired human, day-to-day moments with copy that spotlights what working in Northamptonshire gives you, from balance and belonging to growth and collaboration. Where many healthcare attraction campaigns lead with facilities, this campaign reframed those assets as benefits you can feel.
